How do I create a Yahrzeit Reminder and Plaque?: When logged into your account, click on Create A New Memorial, located at the center of the page. Enter the information required about the decedent and the reminder. Once the decedent is added, you can add emails to the reminder list.
How do I create a Yahrzeit Candle?: A candle is automatically created when you create a plaque. On the Yahrzeit date the candle will be lit.
How do I cancel/delete a Yahrzeit Reminder?: When logged into your account, search for the decedent the remainder is linked to and click on add/edit this Yahrzeit Memorial List. You will see all the names and can delete the account from this listing.
